Claire Carter has been working in Office Administration for over twenty years from general administration duties to running a successful airline simulator company, dealing with pilots, airlines and training centres. Claire has also worked as an Office Manager for five years in private care homes to ensure the smooth running of the service, where it has also been important to understand the needs of vulnerable elderly residents. Claire has an empathic approach to providing practical and emotional support to the residents and their family members as well as liaising with many professional bodies and members of the general public.
